One of my journalism students started his internship early. He secured a position at Time Out magazine, a tourism publication that is produced in all major cities in the US and Europe.
His first work, a listing of cultural events, appeared in the June issue and he e-mailed me. I am so very proud of him. Next month, he will have a full article to his credit. What could make a teacher more excited than to see their prodigy achieve and succeed?
