While 200 dancers performed this "spontaneous" dance routine in Antwerp, 459 pockets were picked, 79 Japanese tourists were arrested for illegally taking flash photos during a theatrical performance, and 200 people were arrested impersonating dancers, obviously a serious offense in Belgium. Let the good times roll...
